1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Beyonder: the website at beyonder.si, the Beyonder platform at app.beyonder.si, and the apps built and run on it (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Beyonder SI (“Beyonder”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@beyonder.si.
By creating an account or choosing a plan, you accept these Terms. If you use Beyonder on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and “you” means that organisation. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence where it differs from these Terms.
2. The Service
Beyonder builds business software from a plain-language description and keeps it running and changing as you ask. You describe what you need, Beyonder builds the app, and you ask for changes in plain words.
Features may be added, changed or removed while the Service develops. We tell you in advance about changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Give accurate information when you apply and register, and keep it up to date.
Keep your sign-in details safe and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions of the team members you invite and the roles and access you give them. Tell us promptly at info@beyonder.si if you think your account has been used without permission.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans, their prices and any trial period are shown on the website or in your account before you choose a plan. We do not charge you for a plan you have not chosen. Once you choose a paid plan, it is billed every month until you cancel.
Starter and Pro start with a 3-day free trial. You enter a card to begin; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and is billed monthly until you cancel. Scale has no trial. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits, which pay for usage such as AI actions and hosting. You can buy extra credit packs, and credits you buy do not expire.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay and do not include taxes, which are added where the law requires. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it is settled.
You can cancel at any time in your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise or we agree to it in writing.
Subscription fees and credits, including unused trial or monthly credits and purchased credit packs, are not refundable. If we charge you by mistake, for example after you cancelled or twice for the same period, write to us and we refund the charge. If a build fails on our side, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. If you dispute a payment with your bank while the matter is open, we may suspend your account until it is resolved.
One free trial is available per person, card and e-mail address. We may refuse a trial or an account for disposable e-mail addresses, repeated trials or a history of payment abuse.
We may change prices for future billing periods. We tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
5. Hosting, software and domains
Beyonder hosts and runs your apps on its own infrastructure. The platform, the apps built on it, their source code, hosting and servers are and remain the property of Beyonder or its licensors. While your subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your apps through the Service for your business, and to let your team and, on the Scale plan, your clients use them.
The Service does not include delivery of source code, copies of the software or hosting outside Beyonder’s infrastructure.
You may connect your own domain to your apps. You remain responsible for that domain, its registration and its DNS settings.
6. Your content
“Your content” means the descriptions, change requests, files and data you or your team add to the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm that you have the right and a lawful basis to use it in the Service, including any personal data of your staff and clients.
You allow us to host, copy, process and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models without your explicit agreement.
When your apps hold personal data of other people, we process it on your instructions. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Apps built with AI
Apps and changes are produced with the help of AI models. They may contain errors or behave differently from what you expected. Check an app before you rely on it, especially for calculations, payments, legal, tax or safety-related tasks.
You decide how your apps are used and are responsible for making sure that this use complies with the laws that apply to your business, including rules on consumer protection, data protection and record keeping.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service, or let others use it, to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- build or host phishing pages, malicious code, spam or content that deceives users;
- attempt to access accounts, apps or systems without permission, or test, bypass or overload our security measures;
- copy, reverse-engineer or resell the platform itself, except reselling apps to your clients on a plan that includes resale;
- use the Service to build a competing product.
We may remove content or suspend an app that breaks these rules. Where reasonable, we tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Agencies and resale
On a plan that includes resale you may build apps for your clients and give them access under your brand, with a separate workspace for each client. You are responsible for your agreements with your clients, for their use of the apps and for compliance with these Terms by everyone you give access to.
10. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but while the Service develops we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular response time unless agreed in writing. We may carry out maintenance, preferably at times of low use, and tell you in advance about planned interruptions where we can.
Support is available by email at info@beyonder.si. Some paid plans may receive priority in builds and support.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we give you notice first.
When your subscription ends, your apps stop running. We keep your account data for a limited period in case you return, and then delete it, except for data we must keep by law.
12. Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Beyonder is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
13. Changes to these Terms
The current version is published at https://beyonder.si/terms with the date of its last update. We tell you about material changes in advance by email or in the Service. If you do not agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
