Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 November 2026

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy and Cookie Settings Notice describes cookies, browser local storage and similar technologies on beyonder.si, enterprise.beyonder.si, app.beyonder.si and applications hosted on Beyonder. Cookies set by a customer’s published application may be governed by that customer’s separate notice.

This notice concerns tracking technologies, not assignment of platform intellectual property. Proprietary interface and consent-management code remains subject to the ownership and third-party licensing rules in the General Terms.

This Policy also applies to the Beyonder account and authentication interface used by personnel of connected internet stores. Cookies or similar technologies on the store’s own storefront remain subject to that store’s disclosures and implementation.

2. Strictly necessary technology

The application uses the secure authentication cookie __Host-fde_session (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax), with a lifetime of 12 hours. Limited security and anti-abuse identifiers may also be used.

3. Functional local storage

The platform and websites may use browser local storage for language, theme, user-interface preferences and enterprise-calculator state. The keys are listed in the register in section 7. These local-storage entries do not necessarily expire with the 12-hour authentication cookie and may remain until cleared. Users may clear browser storage, which may reset preferences.

4. Analytics and advertising

The internet-store messaging module does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay technologies. The Beyonder sign-in and sign-up pages and the platform shell use PostHog (product analytics and session replay with inputs masked, US region), Meta Pixel with the Meta Conversions API and Google Analytics 4. On the platform none of them starts, and the server sends nothing to Meta or Google, until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner; Global Privacy Control counts as a refusal. Inside a connected store’s admin, where the platform is embedded, none of them starts. On beyonder.si the same rule applies: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and PostHog load only after you choose “Accept”, and Global Privacy Control counts as a refusal. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. Other Beyonder sites and customer applications are addressed separately below. Google Fonts may be requested from an external provider; this is a third-party resource request, not necessarily an analytics technology.

5. Customer application analytics

A customer may enable Google Analytics 4 or PostHog in its own application. Visitors must be able to reject, later change or withdraw consent as easily as they granted it. The customer is responsible for choosing a lawful configuration and providing the applicable privacy notice.

“Functional — enabled where exempt or otherwise subject to local requirements”; and, only in customer applications where installed, “Analytics — off until consent”.

7. Register and contact

Privacy inquiries: [email protected].

Mandatory local cookie, electronic communications and consent rules prevail regardless of the New York contractual law selected in the General Terms. Cookie and privacy inquiries: [email protected]. This Policy does not create an arbitration agreement.
